SPARK workshop benefits more than 1,100 students across state

Shillong, Oct 4: A total of 1,155 students from four campuses across three districts benefitted from the SPARK (School Programmes in Articulation, Resilience, and Kindness) initiative following the completion of a ten-day workshop.

According to a statement here, the students, who hailed from St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Shillong, Jirang Government Secondary School, Patharkhmah, Government Higher Secondary School, and Government Girls’ Higher Secondary School in Tura, were felicitated upon completing the workshop.

During the certification programme at St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Director of School Education & Literacy, Swapnil Tembe, emphasised the importance of nurturing kindness and competence.
