From choirs to cosplay: EKH students shine at talent event
SHILLONG, Aug 11: Moving beyond the silence of traditional classrooms, Meghalaya has launched a statewide push to equip over 20,000 students with soft skills and confidence, as the East Khasi Hills leg of the SPARK initiative proved that local talent now ranges from traditional choirs to handmade ‘Chainsaw Man’ cosplay.
The Meghalaya government launched the culmination phase of the “School Programmes in Articulation, Resilience and Kindness” (SPARK) initiative on Tuesday with the first of 12 District Talent Events held at Windermere, Shillong.
