SHILLONG, Aug 22: The search for talent across Meghalaya moved to the district stage in Nongpoh and Mawkyrwat, where SPARK Meghalaya gave 42 student acts an opportunity to perform, compete and gain confidence.
The two events, held under SPARK Meghalaya—School Programmes in Articulation, Resilience and Kindness—saw 23 acts from seven schools in Ri-Bhoi and 19 acts from six schools in South West Khasi Hills, ranging from music and dance to fine art, craft, theatre, storytelling, beatboxing and even a Rubik’s Cube demonstration.
